The basic process is divided into feeding, aerobic fermentation and discharge. The most important part is aerobic fermentation (bio-mechanical treatment), the activity of microorganisms in the excreta is fully utilized to decompose the organic matter, and high temperature is generated to decompose the material, killing harmful substances such as pathogens and bacteria. The moisture content of the material is continuously reduced and the volume is reduced during the fermentation process.
In individual cases, it can be used as an organic raw material for agricultural production and indeed achieves the goal of harmlessness. The material used for contact with raw materials is stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion. The tank body has double-layer insulation structure, the machine can be operated normally even in winter. The ventilation and mixing equipment is provided, which greatly accelerate the fermentation and quality.
The high-temperature fermentation equipment mixes the kitchen waste has with returnable material or biomass and high-temperature biological fermentation bacteria so that the water content reaches 60-65%, which covered the design requirements, and then enters the processing stage. Oxygen is fed into the kitchen waste by a vortex pump. By the action of hydraulic mixing equipment and gravity, the material falls in layers. The fermentation process takes 8 days, so that the material undergoes sufficient aerobic fermentative decomposition. When the temperature reaches 80 °C, the water from the kitchen waste evaporates during the fermentation process and the organic matter is degraded, thus reducing the volume of kitchen waste and achieving the purpose of reducing and stabilising the material.
The plant is equipped with oxygen concentration sensors and temperature sensors. Oxygen supply and temperature are automatically adjusted by PLC control.
The system is equipped with an electric auxiliary heater to ensure rapid fermentation conditions in a low temperature environment and to ensure continuous production in a low temperature environment.

It can process 10-15 m3 of material and can produce 4-7 m3 of organic fertilizer per day. It can work for 24 hours without stopping.
